Wrapped In Courage - Proclamation and Flag Raising

Join with Mayor Adrian Foster and other members of the Clarington Council for a ceremony to proclaim November 25, 2021, The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. Help support survivors of gender-based violence as we raise a Wrapped In Courage flag to signal our commitment to end Violence Against Women and Girls and to ensure they know they’re not alone.

The flag raising and proclamation will take place at 40 Temperance St. Bowmanville at 11:30 am

Don’t forget to wear purple!!
